View Full Version : Replaced paper pickup in LJ III, now paper jam

I just replaced the paper pickup assembly with one from a donor machine.
When I run the self test I get a paper jam error. The paper
pickup does not move at all. The relays on the module on the right side
both click once.
I can turn the gears manually on the paper pickup and get a piece of paper
to move through the paper path.
My guess is there is a way to index the paper pickup after re-assembly
but I don't know how. I have turned the paper pickup to several different
orientations between tests but same results.
Any ideas?

Did you plug the motor connector back in? [if you unplugged it]
