I had an Officejet 635 which I used as FAX and computer FAX equipment.
This machine failed and I also de-installed the SW, but without the
data, pictures etc. These data are still in the original folders. Now I
need to reinstall the SW, because I need some data from the FAX
protocol. During installation the SW asks for connecting the FAX (which
is still broken), but then I can continue. If I run the new installed
program it claims for not seeing the FAX, but shows the protocol
windows. Clicking on the tabs for Sent FAXes, however, the window is
empty.
How can I make the SW accept the old data? Is there a way of
reindexing, do I have to manipulate a registry entry, or any other
task?
