Color Laserjet C3099A and Suse Linux??

I have the above mentioned laser printer and am having trouble find a driver
for it for Suse Linux 9.0 Professional.

I set it as a color laserjet 5000 and it prints but it only does 300x300 and
looks like crud. I set it to a color laserjet 5 and it prints but blows
everything up huge and only prints small portions of what I need to print.

I think I need a " PPD " file for this printer but can not find *anything*
on it on the internet, it seems this printer is 10 years old and is not
only obsolete but forgotten. I got it for free so I'm going to use it.
Besides, it uses $10 bottled toner verus the $200 x 4 toner carts then newer
ones use..

I don't have any manuals on the printer, and have no idea where to look,
even the HP website turns up a big fat ZERO when I search for any info on
this printer..
