View Full Version : Designjet 500 - cuts off bottom right corner

We downloaded and installed the drivers for a W2K PC. When we print to the
DJ500 from a program called ISqFt, it cuts out a diagonal section of the
lower right corner of the drawing. We have another W2K machine, same
drivers, same setup that does not. How can we fix this?

This might well be a driver problem. Check the following site, for
WinXP but it might offer some hints about fixing the problem on Win2K
