[req] HP ASUS P3C-D Pinout

I recently picked up an ASUS P3C-D motherboard, these came in HP Kayak
systems. The hardware on the MB is slightly different than the stock
ASUS P3C-D motherboard. I was wondering if anyone has the pinout for
the panel connector. The only thing I could find was the following
post, back in 2003:
