I've set up my quicken 2005 to upload my account information to the quicken
website, but I can only find my portfolio there - not my other accounts.
Where are they?

Assuming you correctly configured Quicken to upload your
non-investment accounts, they should be in the same place your
investment accounts are: on the (non-intuitive) "Investments"
tab.
