As these news groups often help steer me in the right direction, I
feel that I should contribute this message to help others avoid my
mistakes.

OPINION: DO NOT BE SWAYED BY THE CHEAP PRICE AND PURCHASE THE BELKIN
WIRELESS KEYBOARD AND MOUSE COMBINATION. IT IS EXACTLY THAT - CHEAP.
YOU WILL BURN TIME, MONEY, AND FRUSTRATION AND END UP THROWING THE
MOUSE AWAY!

I purchased, used, and was frustrated by incessant mouse tracking
problems(like a permanent hair-ball stuck in the mouse-ball roller
compartment). Called Belkin and asked if this was a recurring problem
with this unit. They lied (opinion) and said that only my unit had
this problem. Spent time and money with RMA, post office, etc. to
receive a replacement unit. Guess what? EXACTLY THE SAME PERFORMANCE
WITH THE REPLACEMENT UNIT. It is not worth my money and time to pursue
reimbursement from Belkin. I am simply writing this as a public
service to you, the reader of this message, who might be considering
this belkin product. DO NOT PURCHASE THE INEXPENSIVE (~$35 U.S.)
BELKIN WIRELESS KEYBOARD AND MOUSE COMBINATION PRODUCT.

The keyboard, alone, appears to perform satisfactorily.

Help me by helping yourself and steering clear of this product.

To reply to me insert an "f" between the "p" and the "s" in my email
address.
