I've got a number of old, Pentium 3 motherboard compatible power supplies
which I do not want to get rid of as they are in an excellent condition.

I was wanting to use these power supplies with the Pentium 4 motherboards.
I know that the Pentium 4 motherboards have an additional auxiliary power
socket. I was thinking is there any adaptor which I could purchase that
would enable me to use one of the power leads coming from a Pentium 3 power
supply to power this auxiliary power socket on the Pentium 4 motherboard?

Thanks.

Yes, there are adapters available that allow you to use a
drive connector with a P4 board.

I might purchase these adapters? Are there any websites that sell them? "Pen" <pen34us_nospam@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:zvc%a.2430$Nc.1467661@news1.news.adelphia.net...
