Good morning everyone!

Been lurking for a while, lots of useful info, and many thanks for all
that. Due to supply limitations, and need for 2 x serial ports,
decided to upgrade my old P3B-F to A7V8X-X. Hoping to only do that,
with an AthlonXP 2200 replacing PIII, and slide it under everything
else that's already there. Haven't ordered yet, still checking for
possible problems. Question about AGP.

I am happy using an ATI Xpert 98 AGP 2x, which I *think* uses 3.3v,
implied by some info on ATItech website. Downloaded the A7V8X manual,
and it describes a red warning LED which lights if a 3.3v AGP card is
inserted (and locks the board). So I conclude that I cannot use my
existing ATI card.

Can someone confirm that's the correct inference?

Thanks
