It looks like both Intel and AMD are having a tough time at keeping heat
down on the 90nm process. There's already been reports out that Intel may
have to lower the clock frequency of the Prescott at introduction. Now, even
AMD's famous SOI process doesn't seem to be having the desired effect it had
predicted.
