Why leave a good sham lawsuit to its own pursuits, when you can counter it
with another sham lawsuit?

Except no suit has been filed on this one, yet...

How come no one has yet given a big "Thank you" to SCO
for providing so much work for what are so obviously
the stupidest lawyers in the world ? We hire other "slow"
people to do our yardwork for us, so why shouldn't SCO
hire idiots like that for the cases no one else is dumb
enough to tackle ?
Thank you, SCO, for keeping so many incompetent lawyers
off of the welfare rolls.

Sorry, it's December 24th so I just can't resist: "they had
better (die), and decrease the surplus population."
I was pretty amazed to read that Kevin McBride went to the wrong
table and had to be told where the plaintiff's council sits...

So you can pay lawyers when it comes time to settle.
