View Full Version : Intel D865Perl Chipset problem

I am currently in the process of upgrading the motherboard in an old
dell xps400 to an intel D865Perl. OS is WinXP Prof. My Win XP wont
start on the new motherboard, and I cant get the 865 drivers to
install on the old mother board. Any ideas... (I'm a newbie at this
stuff)
