Default Firmware 1.06 for Panasonic (Matshita) UJDA745 CD-RW/DVD combo slim drive
IBM name: ThinkPad CD-RW/DVD Combo Ultrabay Slim Drive
Marketing P/N: 22P7011
FRU P/N: 08K9865
ASM P/N: 08K9862

With original firmware 1.02 the drive exhibits some issues, notably
inability to read DVD+RW discs (UDF formatted by IBM DLA), and problems
with High Speed (10X) CD-RW media.

Updating firmware to 1.06 resolved these issues.
