Default Looking for statistical information about moving from Cd Distribution to Electronic d

Hello,

I'm looking for some statistical information in regards to moving from
a CDROM based software distribution to an electronic (internet
downloads) based software distribution.

Licensing hurdles
Cost savings (%)
ROI
Effects on client interfacing departments (Customer Service, Technical
Support, Field Service, Sales,...)
General client reaction.

Any help is appreciated.
