Default Scheduled Update Still Fires and prompts for PIN

A while ago I configured nightly Automatic Scheduled Updates in my Quicken
2005 Deluxe.

It ran as expected. At the expected time I would get the PIN Prompt for my
Password Vault.

Recently, I decided to 'turn off' the Scheduled Updates by following the
steps in the Help file.

"To stop Schedule Updates, choose Online menu > Schedule Updates. Clear the
check box beside any day of the week on which you do not want Schedule
Updates to run"

However, each night at the regular time, I still get the PIN Prompt for the
Password Vault.

Any ideas on how to make this stop firing?

Thanks in advance.

JN
