Last year when we asked for some help with a CSDK issue, we were told
that we needed a support contract. My VAR and I have been trying for a
week to get someone at Informix to tell us what in the heck we needed to
purchase to get CSDK added to our PPA account. Anyone know?

First time support for Informix Client SDK can be purchased with the
part number
D6DDNLL C-SDK Registered User license + maint 12 months
The renewal part number for the second year and beyond is
E2DDQLL
Registered User means 'developer'. This part number is for developer
support on the Client SDK package.
