Default ontape backup (copy ?)

Is it possible to dd an ontape backup from one tape to another, to make
a copy of it ?

Hello Dirk,

yes providing that you use the blocksize

TAPEBLK where the ontape backup was created with
ex: 128K

dd if=somedev of=someotherdev ibs=128k obs=128k
