In the DVD material I've just been editing I've noticed that Chapter Marks
and Titles eventually slip to the right - by several seconds - and have to
be dragged back to the correct position.
Anyone eles seen this?

I will check this out. I have not noticed it...but a couple of seconds
might be negligible. It could be because Video Studio is aligning elements
on the Information Frames (I-frame) of the GOP....however, in most
scenarios, this is every half second.
