Default Looking for Toast 5 updates... to recognize Plextor CDRW on iMac OS 9.2.2

Hello- I'm trying to get a Plextor USB CDRW burner (24/10/40U) to work
with an iMac G3 233 running OS 9.2.2. The system recognizes the driver,
but Toast 5 doesn't. I've tried disabling certain extensions (Firewire
support, CD Authoring Support, etc.) to no avail.

I'm looking for a kind soul who has/had a legacy iMac and might have
the updater file for Toast 5, so I can update to 5.1 or 5.2. (I have
the original Toast 5 Titanium CD, so I don't need that.) The updates
are no longer available on the Roxio site. There are some later updates
on mac.softpedia.com, but you need the earlier ones first, I think.

Thanks.

Problem solved. Got the 5.2.1 updater and it recognized the drive.

I'm posting this so if any other legacy OS 9.x users find this, they'll
know how to get a Plextor drive to run.

And maybe Roxio will think about doing something decent and posting
legacy updates on its web sites.
