lost layer allocation when copy objects to a new page
Hello,
I'm very new to corelDraw. I'm using Version 11.
I had drawed a complex technical scheme using layers.
Now, I want to copy the whole scheme to a new page, but the layer
allocation gets lost...
All objects are copied to the layer 'Start'.
Any hints?
Thanks! Jens

? you named a layer "start?"
by "copy" do you mean you want to copy it to another page in the same file
or do you mean you want to copy it to a new file?

Apologies for hijacking the thread, but I have a related question:
When I group objects which are on different layers, the group is placed
on the current layer. Then when I ungroup, all items stay on the layer
where the group was placed, rather than reverting to their original
layers. (This differs from Freehand, for example.)
Is there a way of reverting the objects back to their original layer?
