Is there anybody know how can one populate the list item with
attributes of table itself.
suppose a table Tbl_Emp has attributes like ID,Name,age ....So now I
want those attrubutes get populated in the list item.is there any
in-built function for this?

No. You will need to query the data dictionary, for example
user_tab_columns, and populate the list programatically.
