Default CD insert printing program?

The few CD front and back CD 'inserts' I've printed so far have all
been done manually. Does anyone know of a flexible but easy-to-use
program that can do the job please?

Ideally, it would:

1. Prompt me to choose an image for front and back inserts.

2. Let me crop them to correct aspect ratio, avoiding need to first do
that externally in an image editor.

3. Optionally let me add text title over front and/or back, in any
position, for same reason.

4. Optionally, provide correct width left and right strips at sides of
the back insert, for labels. (Perhaps the trickier stages of preparing
inserts manually.)

5. Let me enter the text (any colour, any font) for each of those two
side labels, so that the program can insert it automatically at the
correct size.
